"Everything was perfect. I can always count on Iberostar for a pleasant stay."

Staff is always so pleasant and friendly. Yolanda and Deyadira made sure everything was perfect for us.. and special shout out to Domingo in the main buffet, for always going above and beyond for us. I can’t wait to return.

"Good"

Great place, great food, only complaint was the pool bar wasn’t open (pool bar that we can swim to), therefore we had to get out of the pool in order to get a drink

"The barmaids, animation team is the best."

Change the introduction to the beginning of the shows. Some of the shows are old style. They need to be brought up to date. The barmaids are told to go into the buffet and leave the people in the plaza to get their own drinks. The tables on the beach need to be removed, repaired and cleaned. The sand in that area should be leveled off. The tables in the Beach buffet are unclean, along with the chairs. wheelchair ramps into the plaza. Railings on both sides of the staircase. "Other than what I said above, we had a great week!"

I think peolple would have a better experience if the staff could be a little more bilingual, at least with English language. Also, there was a big difference of room quality in my group. Some had renovated room, other didn't. We also had a few issues with the power and toilet that took a little too long to get fixed.

I regards your comments, we regret to hear that you have had issues in your room, our maintainant team is working hard trying to fix any unexpected breakdown, the resonse timing is normally short depending on each case. Our hotel ran a removation in some rooms, this will continue in the future as we are planning to have the hundred percent of the of our instalations in the best condition.

Regarding the language barrier, our staff is always traying the best to comunicate and most of them speaks 2 or 3 language, it is tru that in some areas you might find some who probably falls short, however, despite being an hispanic speakers, we all try our very best to minimize this impact.

Once again, thank you for your kind and constructive critics which we learned a lot from.

"A very nice resort, but overpriced for the quality of food and resort."

Please have smokers in a designated area, not anywhere as this is not enjoyable for the majority of guests who do not smoke. Also more measures needed for cleanliness in buffet during Coronavirus, such as gloves on servers, servers dishing out food, fruits in small plates (which was done later), sanitizer stations in the restaurant as it was important to sanitize after touching tongs in restaurants.

Our hotel always strive for the ooferng the most outsaanding vacations experience to all our guests, we have designated areas for smokers and do not allow it in closed rooms, such as restaurants, rooms, Etc. There might be people who do not attend to these measures, when detected we invite them to move to a designaetd area. In regards the effect of the Corona virus, we have sanitizer stations in most areas, especilly at the entrance of every restaurant, Front desk and bars. Our staff is aplying the hygiene protocols as our number one priority is our guests and employees safety.

Your comments have been shared with the managment team who will take further actions. We extend our thankfulness on their behalf for your valuable feeback.

"Being ecofriendly was a huge plus. I loved the NO plastics. Thank you."

This resort had the friendliest people of any resort I've ever stayed at. The grounds were beautifully kept and the entire place was spotless from top to bottom. It rained our first 3 days and still the staff managed to keep water mopped up. We had the oceanfront room and it was great and made for a nice walk to and from the lobby and entertainment areas. The pool was terrific (A bit cold) but refreshing and large. The dining area was exceptionally beautiful. Lovely place.
