"Spectacular!"

The hotel is perfectly run. We made our booking on the same day of arrival 30min before we checked in. We booked a room for 2 adults and a kid with views over the ocean, by the time we arrived 30 min later, the room was ready with the sofa bed set up and amenities for 3 people. This is where a lot of hotels fail and this did not! Iberostar Playa de Palma was modern, friendly, welcoming and with great food options. We will be back to fully enjoy the facilities in the near future!

"Exceptionally well-positioned, upmarket, fresh and comfortable hotel"

Excellent hotel position. Rooms sizeable, modern and comfortable. Hotel is of good quality. Across the road from great bathing beach and on an extensive holiday-atmosphere promenade (with lots of small general shops and eateries). Some matters to fix - Staff, particularly in breakfast dining room, could be more customer friendly and food offerings should be replenished all the way to breakfast closing time. Overall, however, this was s very enjoyable family holiday

"It was a week of being spoilt"

"I would recommend this hotel to anyone, fantastic thanks again."

Fantastic staff and hotel, spotlessly clean everywhere, excellent food, the best Iberostar we've stayed in. We liked the adults only area with the extras the prestige room gave us. The room was very clean,fresh and modern looking, liked the separate wet room, toilet and bath. The bed was very large and comfortable, nothing was to much trouble for the staff. It was so good we are looking at coming back next year. Thanks for making our holiday so good and relaxing from arriving to departing.
