"A great family holiday in luxurious surroundings with efficient and friendly staff."

We stayed at the Iberostar Playa de Muro Village. We were a large family group with 10 adults and 4 children below 10 years old. We had a fantastic stay. The hotel was lovely and the staff were very efficient and friendly. Despite the pandemic, there was a welcoming atmosphere. The entertainment was really good to0 -all the children loved the mini-disco and everyone danced to Madre Tierra. Thank you very much Iberostar for delivering such a good holiday. "very nice stay"

In general, very good service. I have one suggestion - I know that there will always be many children here, because of the wonderful and safe beach for them, it's understandable. However, it could use some small space in the restaurant only for people with children over 10 years. To eat without screaming and crying.

"Top location, Great food, friendly personnel but adequate management"

1. less Attention on toilletries supply 2. the last 2 days some of the sockets didnt work at all. 3. Aside of voucher of 2 free limited choice of cocktail, no other real Reimburse-Action taken for the fact, that we validly complained regarding about the air con. (some of 5 stars offered free nights, or free dinner or free Drinks) --> in Hotel Business, where People hope for an experience other than daily life, the apologies should have a good reimbursable impact not only in words

We understand that our staff reached out to you to offer cocktails as a form of compensation for the inconvenience caused by the air-conditioning not working and that they also provided you with fans and called your room to follow up and check that everything was okay. We would like to reassure you that guest comfort and satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us at the Iberostar Selection Playa De Muro Village so we are sorry if this did not come across despite our best intentions. We would always suggest that guests do contact our staff in the event of finding any such discrepancies as they are always more than happy to immediately repair, replace or replenish any item that is not to your satisfaction.

On the other hand, we are happy that you enjoyed our amazing gastronomy prepared fresh each day by our professional chefs using the finest Spanish ingredients and we are glad to see that you appreciated our prime location on the seafront.

"great!"

Playa de Muro Village is in a beautiful setting right behind the beach , it is quiet, modern with a large balcony. Also to have a separate bedroom and sitting room is very comfortable. The garden is beautiful, also the bars and terrasses near the beach. The only thing that didn't functionate well was the internet. We had to log in every time again even when staying in the room. The variety of food at the buffet was excellent. It could be a bit more tasty.Thanky you for the lovely stay!
