"Jay, our concierge, deserves a promotion 🙂"

Overall fantastic experience. From walking in to walking out. The friendliness of the staff was amazing. Jay, our Concierge, was the best, friendliest person I have ever met. Everyone, no matter their job, were very hard working and great at what they do. We initially joined the Iberostar club membership but unfortunately had to cancel due to personal reasons but are looking forward to joining in the near future. Will definitely stay with Iberostar again.
