I have been to Iberostar Hotels since 1999, and love them! I di so enjoyyyyy my stay. I would like to thank specially to Celia, Santo and David- the Directors that made sure every single day that my Experience was really incredible. "can't remember their names. Which I know sucks but I will remember their faces for when I return."

My star was nothing short but amazing. The staff was extremely friendly, went out of their way to ensure we were happy, that includes staff at the bar, buffet, concierge, and guest services. Prior to my arrival, I had LOTS of questions that Deondra answered efficiently. Pierre made check-in super easy and fun and Kadian was extremely helpful when it came to booking our reservations. "I had a wonderful stay and will be coming back soon"

I had a wonderful time there at the hotel. The kids had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed their experience. The staff was friendly and professional and made us feel very welcome. The service from beginning to end war top notch and many thanks goes out to Candice and Patrice in the Star Lounge, Felix who was a gracious bar tender on the VIP beach and to the Chef in steak house and the all the wait staff. Many thanks to my masseuse for the wonderful coffee sugar scrub and massage before I left.

If anything can be said about how a resort staff treats their guests our week leading up to the closure due to COVID-19 vent says it all. The entire time we stayed with Iberostar the level of courtesy, professionalism, cleanliness, cheerful mood, quality of food and general service never wavered; even in the face of such dire uncertainty for the staff. Every measure exceeded expectations. A true testament to the quality of experience you would expect to find in any normal given circumstance.

"Great vacation!! Service staff amazing!!"

The service staff went above and beyond throughout the entire resort. The service was excellent. Rooms were spacious and very clean but needed updating. The entertainment was excellent each night and much applause to the entertainment team Carlos, Pineapple and Kelly they made us feel so welcome! The pools and grounds were kept well manicured. The huge beach and water was beautiful. Our beach drink server Glenise worked so hard and was just so sweet to us as well as the other workers.
