"We look forward to visiting Grand Bavaria again"

Grand Bavaria is a true 5star experience for adults who seek relaxation and enjoy the comfort of a resort. We enjoyed the friendly discrete service atmosphere and structured the day in selecting different attractions offered such as Spanish lessons or dancing in between relaxation on the beach or pool areas. The many theme restaurants including the grand buffet restaurant offered a high variety of culinary experiences. The bar lounge exceptional and the night attractions every day’s highlight.

"Yes please"

I think you are doing a wonderful job. I have stayed at 4 Seasons and other high-end hotels and feel that yours was one of the best if not the best. The staff Ceaser and Vernon as well as the bar and entertainment staff really made the whole experience. Love the layout of the beach as well as the pool. Found chairs each time and felt there was plenty of room

"It’s the little details that put Iberostar Grand Bavaro on another level."

It is obvious that Iberostar cares about their employees because in turn, staff goes above and beyond for guests. One early morning I went to lobby bar for coffee. The bartender wasn’t there so I expected to wait for a while, which I was fine with. The employee that was vacuuming nearby saw me and immediately went and retrieved someone to help me. I waited maybe 15 seconds. We were so thrilled that on check out day, we booked another trip in January.

"A time to remember"

We loved our vacation, starting with the friendliness of the staff, the quality of the food, the cleanliness of the facilities and the friendly atmosphere, it has been an amazing experience. The staff really make the difference, they are friendly, with a positive attitude, always helpful and are always smiling. The food was awesome, from the morning crepés at the buffet, those tasty hamburgers by the pool bar, and the theme restaurants, everything was excellent. Thank you!

"Could you PLEASE bring this back - really sets the tone for an island experience ."

This was our 9th visit - would have been nice to be recognized for coming here this many times - like you did the last # of times we have been here. Great job to our Butlers - Leo and Alberto - Alberto went above expectations on adding a little something to our room for my birthday! Ortiz is the best waiter ever - he remembers us every time we come here . Will be glad when the evening buffet can be in play again - You use to use candles in the hallway's and in the room with the best fragrance???

"EXCELLANT"

Everyone is extremely professional and warm. Beaches are beautiful and gardens kept immaculate. Themed resturants are fun and the food is amazing. Butlers Edward and Dawel were awesome. We wanted for nothing. Consierge, Sebastian was excellant. Manual, Fern and Silvestre in the Star Prestige area went the extra mile and made us feel like family. :D Love, Love, Love, this hotel and will definitely come back again.
